Guilt Free Chocolate


After the year we've had, we could all use some chocolate, am I right?

And our immune systems deserve some loving too! That's why I made this recipe refined sugar free!


Processed sugar weakens your immune system.

Where as 100% pure maple syrup is naturally high in antioxidants & in minerals such as calcium, potassium, zinc, & manganese!


Fun fact: a deficiency in zinc & manganese can reduce white blood cell counts, which effects immunity.


Cacao is also very high in minerals & the cacao butter is a great source of healthy fats. Great to fuel & energize our bodies!

Here is a super quick & easy refined sugar free, chocolate recipe.



What you'll need:


1 C Raw Cacao Butter > this is the unrefined version of cacao

1/2 C Raw Cacao

1/4 C Oat Milk

4 tbsp Maple Syrup (or more if you prefer)

Cacao Nibs (optional)


Boil water in a small pot about 1/4 or 1/3 of the way.

Once the water its boiled place mason jar in the pot (without the lid).

Add raw cacao butter & waits for it to melt completely.

Add raw cacao, oat milk, & maple syrup.

Stir until it's evenly mixed.

Using oven mitts, take the jar off the stove and pour into a SILICONE muffin tray.

Sprinkle on some cacao nibs (optional), or any other topping.

Place the trays in the freezer or fridge until they become solid again (I left mine overnight).
