Overnight oats

People are afraid of carbs yet again.

All I keep hearing is keto, paleo, etc.

I'm here to tell you....CARBS ARE YOUR FRIENDS.


Depending on your personal goals, those diets may not be best.

The only diet that truly works for individuals is the one that is realistic & that you can incorporate into your lifestyle.

But hey, if you're trying to grow your booty (or any other muscle group really) carbs & lifting is the perfect formula!


Ingredients:


1C quick oats

1TSP cinnamon

1TSP vanilla extract

2TBSP maple syrup

1 1/4 C milk (I prefer oat or coconut)


Toppings:


peanut butter

raspberries

cacao nibs

bee pollen

honey


Directions:


1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl (NOT THE TOPPINGS).

2. Pour mixture in a mason jar and seal.

3. Place in the fridge, leave overnight.

4. Place, sprinkle, & drizzle toppings on in the morning.


Be creative with the toppings!
