It's my favourite time of the year, CHRISTMAS!!!
I'm more excited this year more than ever, because we've all had one hell of a 2020, am I right?
Gifts were never important to me, although I do like to show those I love how much I appreciate them at least once a year in this way....Christmas is a good excuse to do so!
This year has been different...tough for all of us, especially small business owners & the many who've been laid off from their jobs due to the pandemic.
Unfortunately the financial challenges make this time of year hard for some.
If you‘ve been following along with me, you KNOW I keep it realistic.
So I thought it was only right to make a (financially) realistic wellness holiday gift guide that supports local businesses & entrepreneurs!

First on the list is from my friends at Beekeeper's Naturals!
This is a female owned company, Toronto's Carly Stein is the founder.
The business is driven with the goal of improving health of many while saving the bees.
B Powered Superfood Honey
~ This incredible honey is not your average raw honey, it's combined with royal jelly, bee pollen, and bee propolis. The synergistic benefits of all these ingredients are phenomenal for the immune system!
Propolis Throat Relief Spray
~ This is my favourite Beekeeper's product! Propolis isn't just for when you have a sore throat, its also really nice for when you have a dry throat. If you're like me, cold always start with a sore throat so this is absolutely something I have on hand at all times just in case. It tastes like concentrated honey which is super delicious!
B LXR Brain Fuel
~ This is a combination of gingko biloba, bacopa, and royal jelly. Gingko and bacopa are really good for memory and focus. They increase circulation, brining more oxygen to the brain, which is also good in a time where many wear masks which may block some oxygen from getting into our system.

Next is my friends from Mid-Day Squares!
This company is a family founded company based out of Montreal. They're probably the loudest, most inspiring people I've ever met.
They created superfood chocolate bars that are completely vegan, refined sugar free, and FULLY organic! ALL WITHOUT TASTING LIKE CARDBOARD !!
These geniuses somehow created products that make me never go want to go back to Hershey's.
Supporting local and putting a smile on the pickiest eater's face was never easier!!

Up next is my friends from Gammy's Beeswax Candles!
This beautifully run family business is local to Toronto.

This is a local little shop in Kensington Market, in downtown Toronto.

I'm like a kid in a candy store whenever I pop in.
The circumstances of the world is something spiritual. This is why the Paolo Santo & Sage have been my go to's. both purifying the air of toxins & negative energy.
Something we could all benefit from this holiday season, or really ANY time!
I always say "protect your energy", our chakras can become cluttered and imbalanced if we don't protect them and heal ourselves.
